We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0 to 1 year of experience in IT services. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of business development practices, including cold calling, email marketing, and utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development within the IT sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, present our IT services, and understand their business needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM with lead information and track progress.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Report Generation: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cold Calling: Basic experience in making cold calls and handling customer interactions.
  • Email Marketing: Understanding of email marketing tools and techniques.
  • LinkedIn Proficiency: Familiarity with using LinkedIn for business networking and lead generation.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of IT services and products.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
